Long time Paris resident, half Italian/French and fluent in English, Paolo has a masters degree in hospitality, and a passion for fermentation science. When he isn't brewing beer with well known breweries around the world, you'll likely catch him with in beer in at hand Luxembourg Garden


After a bubbly craft beer start we will stroll through everything from ancient Roman ruins to the buildings by the great intellectuals of France, with ample insights on the blossoming beer scene and frequent stops at local vendors.
